William A. Benbassat, Dr.P.H.
President and CEO
Reliable Health Care was founded by William A. Benbassat, Dr. P.H., whose foresight, vision, and dedication has been a driving force in the healthcare industry for more than four decades. Dr. Benbassat is responsible for setting the strategy and establishing corporate policies that enable Reliable Health Care’s staffing team to fulfill its promise by delivering high-quality health care providers. He is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine and holds a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Christopher Beesemyer
Vice President, Human Resources Director
Mr. Beesemyer and his Human Resources team bring a combined 120 years of experience to recruiting, retaining, developing, and managing excellence in health care and medical support staffing services.
Scott Krueger
Vice President, IT Director
Scott brings over 27 years of experience leading Reliable’s Information Technology strategies. He is instrumental in identifying initiatives to ensure Reliable’s technology platforms provide best-in-class services to Reliable’s workforce and client needs. Scott is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
Tan Nguyen
Vice President, Chief Administrator for Reliable Health Care Services of Nevada
Tan joined Reliable in 2009 and brings more than 13 years of demonstrated staffing experience. He oversees client relations, internal and external recruitment, and workforce management – and is constantly evaluating practices to ensure Reliable’s operations align with client goals. Tan is a graduate of California State University, Northridge.
David Benbassat
Head of Strategy and Corporate & Business Development
David joined Reliable in 2022 to focus on corporate strategy, corporate development, business development, and strategic initiatives. He has more than 25 years of experience in finance and investing. David is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
Angela Franklin, RN
Vice President, Clinical Operations
Angela Franklin, RN, is Reliable Health Care’s Vice President of Clinical Operations. Since 2004, Ms. Franklin has overseen all clinical aspects of temporary and contract medical staff. Her clinical and leadership expertise ensures all our Nursing staff meet state and federal requirements as well as The Joint Commission’s high standards of excellence.
Kacy Bult-O’Donnell, LMFT
Director of Behavioral Services
Kasey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds nationally recognized behavioral and substance abuse certifications. Since 2019, she has served as Director of Behavioral Services. Kasey oversees social work services, licensed therapists, behavioral analysts, and mental health technicians that provide support services to inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse facilities and programs. Kasey received her undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her Masters’ Degree at California State University, Northridge.
Dolphus Boucher
Forensic and Corrections Group Leader
Mr. Boucher has 25 years of experience as an officer, training officer, and detective with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. His on-the-job experience stems from years of working as a sexual assault detective and property crimes detective. Additionally, Mr. Boucher held the position of Field Training Officer, Academy Training, and Counselor for more than 200 recruits. This experience allows for unparalleled training and oversight for contract assignments at Nevada’s Department of Corrections, Division of Parole and Probation, and forensic facilities.
Jack Ditlove, M.D., Board-Certified Physician
Medical Director of Disciplinary Actions and Remediations
Dr. Ditlove, supported by Angela Franklin, RN, oversees Reliable’s dedication to clinical quality excellence, continuing medical education, and provider credentials.
